Sage potatoes with fresh vegetables


That was todays' lunch.
Well, this time I took it easy - the tofu burger was a convenient product (shame).
 Pretty quick, healthy and delightful, that's the main thing, isn't it.

For two persons:
4 carrots
1 small zucchini
tiny piece of celery, fine minced
1/2 red pepper bell
1 red onion
2 tablespoons oil
parsley, salt, pepper

6 potatoes
1 teaspoon fresh sage, minced
1 tablespoon sunflower oil
2 veggie burger

If you like to you can peel the potatoes first (but you don't have to), then cook them in salted water. Cut the carrots and the zucchinis and let 'em simmer. Add the celery and stir a little bit. Mince the onion and bell pepper in tiny pieces and add them with some oil onto the other vegetables. Flavor generously.

Drain the potatoes and add some more oil and sage. Finished!
